Pastor Winston S. Elliott founded Jesus Loves You Ministries, Inc. on December 10, 2016 in Worcester, Massachusetts. Commissioned by God to carry the banner of Jesus Christ to the streets and to the nations, he has led the ministry through crusades, parades, and open-air evangelism across the United States and West Africa.
